and the project execution phases. It serves the purpose of identifying the technical specifications pinpointed amid the engineering steps. It starts with prequalifying
and assessing the appropriate suppliers, preparing the project QHSE requirements, forming the requests for quotation,
evaluating the technical and commercial assets, negotiating and finalizing the contracts, formulating the factory acceptance tests, and last but not least,
